You're stressed? Try these 5 techniques to keep a positive mind. History has shown that people who have an optimistic view of life are usually the ones who find success. For me, changing my mentality from negative to positive has led to a completely different lifestyle, also personal in the professional field. When I changed the mentality and positivism, after several initial failures and a state of depression, I started a successful business application. Here I share five tips that have helped me to free myself from the negative mentality and to be more positive:
1- Express your gratitude.
One of the easiest ways to increase your positivism is to express our gratitude. Be grateful for everything you have today. This immediately releases any negativity you have. Gratitude immediately puts you in touch with the feeling of love. Where love resides, fear and all negative denials disappear.
The simplest and easiest way to get gratitude in your life is to express it every morning. When you get up, express 10 things that you like. This list can be said aloud or in your mind, but it must be very detailed and must come from your heart. Even closed eyes can help you. Be generous often. Negative feelings come from focusing on the perceived negative aspects of your life. You can immediately change this feeling by being generous with others.
2- Share your skills with the people around you.

If someone seeks advice, give it to them. Do not doubt your value. Even the smallest gestures and shared thoughts can cause a great change in the perspective of other individuals.
3- Control Breathing

Those who have the ability to control breathing have the ability to control their lives. In many ways, this argument is true. Think again each time you lose control. What happened to your breathing scheme? When you get angry, your breathing becomes shorter and faster. If you control your breathing, you can understand and change your negative emotions.
Whether in a quiet place or during meditation, practice following your breathing. When you inhale (through your nose), feel the air entering your body and penetrating deep into the lungs. When you reach the deepest part, feel the air that comes out of your body (through your mouth) and release tension.
4- Visualize success
Taking advantage of your ability to visualize or imagine can be a very useful tool to be more positive. Among the most successful minds of our time, including Oprah Winfrey, Tiger Woods and Arnold Schwatzenegger, we know that they use the power of visualization to fulfill this desire. Why not ?
Start by closing your eyes. Remember in a positive event what happened. In the eyes of your mind, watch the event exactly as it happened. Enter the event and feel the positive emotions that have occurred. When you open your eyes, allow yourself to remain in this positive state. The effects of visualization can be multiplied by meditation.
5- Meditation
Meditation is one of the most effective ways to increase your level of positivism. The practice of meditation increases individual recognition and allows a clear connection between the mind, body and spirit. Through meditation, you can learn to release negative emotions that lead you to reconnect with your being. Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit, lie down or whatever you want. Close your eyes, breathe deeply and relax. Breathe deeply, feel like letting go of all the emotions that hold you back. With each breath, release a little more. To let yourself go, realize that the world around you is made with love and allow yourself to live with this love.
